Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

    Salad

  • 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets, chopped

  • 15 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped into crumbles

  • 16oz colby jack cheese, cut into bite sized cubes

  • 1 red onion, diced small

In a bowl mix dressing ingredients: yogurt, mayo, honey, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Whip ingredients together, cover and place in the fridge.

Cook the strips of bacon, allow to cool. When the bacon is cooled, chop bacon into crumbles as best as you can.

Cut the broccoli & cauliflower into small florets, set in a large bowl. Cut cheese into bite sized pieces and add to the broccoli. Dice the onion into small pieces and add that into the bowl with the broccoli and cheese. Mix well.

Add the chopped bacon to the bowl with the broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and onion, mix in well.

When ready pour the dressing with all the other ingredients and mix well.

Store in fridge until ready to serve, you may also serve immediately.
