Sriracha Chicken Noodles
Start your prep as always. Dice chicken, mix the sauce together, slice any vegetables you’re adding and chop the green onions.
Start boiling water in a pot for the noodles. When the water is boiled cook the ramen noodles in the water for 3 minutes till cooked. Drain and set aside.
While the water is boiling and the noodles cook, start with the chicken. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet or a wok. Add the chicken and cook until the chicken starts to brown. (If you’re adding additional vegetables to the dish, like sliced cabbage add now.)
Add the sauce and the peanuts to the skillet. Stir and reduce heat to a medium-lo and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat. Sprinkle with green onions.
