The Best Turkey Taco Meat
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, diced onions and garlic to the skillet and brown the turkey, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
When the turkey is cooked through, add the green chilies, chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt and cayenne pepper. Stir well to make sure the meat is seasoned.
Add in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar to the pan, and stir to combine everything. Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer mixture for about 10 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
Serve with tortillas and top with any toppings you would like. Cheese, sour cream, cilantro or avocado.
