Asian Burger with Spicy Mayo

IMG-5577.jpg

In a large bowl, combine ground meat, panko breadcrumbs, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, onion, Asian sesame oil, ginger, salt, pepper and egg. (First thing is I like to make the burgers the night before to really get the flavors to get into the meat. You can choose not to, but it really brings the flavors together.) When ready to use, make meat into 4 burger patties.

Make the spicy mayo next, combine mayo, sriracha and Dijon mustard on a bowl. Set aside. The sauce keeps for about 3-5 days.

Mix the coleslaw mixture with cilantro, set aside in the fridge.

Grill burgers on a preheated grill. Cook burgers to your liking, medium is recommended.

Serve with cabbage slaw and plenty or spicy mayo on buns.
