IMG_5529.jpeg

Thinly slice pork into long slivers. Slice them a way that you’re able to stick the skewers through the pork to cook on the grill. Place pork in a large bowl.

Make the marinade, Mix together all ingredients except the ginger ale/soda. Mix those ingredients well, then add the ginger ale. Whip till most soda doesn’t bubble anymore. Add pork to the bowl and make sure its properly coated in marinate.

Marinate pork in fridge overnight for best results. Minimum 3 hours, but it’s highly recommended to marinate overnight.

Soak the skewers in water for a minimum 30 minutes, this step prevents the wood from catching on fire.

Place marinated pork skewers on the grill. Cook for 5-10 minutes, flip pork and cook the other side. When pork is ready remove from grill and serve with perfect white rice or with Sesame Ginger Grilled Bok Choy.
