Sesame Ginger Grilled Bok Choy

IMG-5526.JPG

First thing you’ll do is clean and prep the Bok Choy. Thoroughly rinse Bok Choy in water. Gently rinse between the leaves to get any dirt that’s there. Slice the Bok Choy in half length wise. Dry the Bok Choy to prevent it from steaming instead of caramelizing.

Whisk the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Brush canola oil over the Bok Choy.

Over a medium-high grill grill the Bok Choy cut side down and grill for about 2 minutes. Flip Bok Choy and grill for another 2 minutes, or until wilted a little.

Simmer the sauce in a nonstick skillet just until it has thickened. Transfer Bok Choy to the sauce and stir to coat.

Serve immediately with any Asian style dish as a side, serve with my Filipino Pork Barbecue or crispy spicy chicken.
