Greek pork Souvlaki
Cut pork into bite sized chunks, place in a large sealed bag, set aside. Combine marinade ingredients, then pour over the pork. Marinade for at-least 45 minutes, but preferably overnight, in the fridge.
Soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes in water. Carefully skewer the marinated pork onto the prepped skewers.
Pre-heat an outdoor grill, grill pork for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from heat, allow to rest before serving. Serve with Tzatziki sauce, pita bread & Greek salad.

2 lbs pork butt or pork steak, cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
4-6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
1-2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
