Oven Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients
6 pork chops
3 tablespoons soy sauce or Tamari
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons ketchup
Preheat your oven to 425°F
Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
Place pork chops in a large baking dish. Use half the sauce and cover the one side of the pork chops evenly. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chops. Thinner, 20 minutes, thicker like mine, 30 minutes.
Remove pork chops after 20 minutes, drain liquid from pan. Flip pork chops and over that side in sauce. Place pork chops back into oven for 20-30 minutes, or until chops reach internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve with a vegetable of your choice, or with Fried Apples.
