White Wine Lemon Caper Sauce

IMG_4786.jpeg

This is the recipe for the sauce itself. You can serve it over any pasta, rice or even vegetables. I’ll be serving it with ravioli.

Combine white wine and lemon juice in a pot and bring the juice to a boil.

Add heavy cream, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, reduce for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Stir in Parmesan and capers to the sauce. Bring sauce up to medium. Feel free to press on some capers as I have to release more flavor. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add in the pasta and mix. Pour over rice or pour/mix with vegetables.
